The Centre for Social Innovation of Trinity Business School is delighted to invite you to the next event of the virtual Trinity Business Ethics Speaker Series.
The guest speaker will be Prof. Tom Donaldson, the Mark O. Winkelman Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prof Donaldson will speak about the topic "Deep values in organizational epistemology", arguing that "it is time management studies took back reason from practice, and opened a third door to a full-color pallet of intrinsic values". Prof. Donaldson is among the leading business ethics scholars worldwide and has provided seminal contributions to the field over his career.

The Associate Dean of Research of Trinity College Dublin, Lorraine Leeson, will deliver introductory remarks. Siobhán Corrigan, assistant professor in psychology at Trinity, will join the event as interdisciplinary discussant. The event will be accompanied by another exclusive music performance by the Irish cellist Patrick Dexter.
The series will be delivered online and will usually be presented at 5 pm Dublin time on Thursdays throughout the academic year exploring important contemporary issues in the field of business ethics. Leading international scholars and practitioners will present their insights on a wide range of topics, including corporate sustainability, responsible business, corporate corruption, ethics in a digital age, corporate agency as well as business and human rights.
