In this webinar, I’ll discuss my reading of what we know, what we think we know, and what we wish we knew about the role of managers and organizations in gender inequality. I’ll review a set of very recent papers and summarize the questions that they leave open. Emphasis will be on gender inequality but may include topics (e.g. formal procedures, algorithmic screening, and pay transparency laws) that affect other groups.
