    AOM Scholarship # 1
This Program offers 1 (one) complimentary registration for the Annual Meeting, with an AOM Membership valid through 31 August 2024 as a prerequisite. This Program is recommended for students, members who have financial hardship, or those participating in doctoral student programming.

SIM is offering a limited number of scholarships this year, on a first-in first-served basis, provided an acceptable case is made regarding the need for a scholarship (e.g. financial hardship or other extenuating circumstances).
A scholarship entitles the recipient to 1 (one) complimentary registration for the Annual Meeting. Please note - this does not include registration for the Teaching and Learning Conference (TLC@AOM) or for a guest (which, if desired, would require an additional purchase at time of registration).
If you are a SIM member and wish to apply for a scholarship, please email Cristina Neesham (SIM Division Chair) at cnsimaom@gmail.com, with an explanation of your case (please include as much information as possible). If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from the SIM approver, which you will need to use in order to complete the scholarship request form on the central AOM system:

To register with a scholarship, a recipient must submit a request through the scholarship JotForm: "DIG Scholarship Recipient Request Form"(https://form.jotform.com/AOMForms/Dig-Scholarship-Recipient-Request) by 1 July 2024 17:00 ET (UTC-4/GMT 4). Scholarship submissions will not be accepted via email and cannot be entered into AOM's online registration system. An AOM membership valid through 31 August 2024 is a prerequisite to register. Once a recipient submits their JotForm request and their information is verified, they will receive an email from AOM within 3-5 business days containing a Self-Registration Guide and designated promotional code.

The final date of accepted self-registration using a promotional code is 13 August 2024 17:00 ET (UTC-4/GMT-4). The Self-Registration Guide and promotional codes are intended for individual use only and cannot be shared. Usage will be tracked. Online registration using the promotional code must be completed as soon as possible via AOM's Online Registration System: https://safe.aom.org/events/registration.aspx?event=AOM2024

If an individual has previously registered at their own expense and wishes to request a refund, they must email registration@aom.org. AOM will contact the registrant with confirmation of their refund (processed within 6-8 weeks of receipt) and substitution of payment from the promotional code.

Before deciding to apply and submitting your request form, please read carefully the AOM Scholarship Program and Registration Cancellation Policies, which are available at the bottom of the online JotForm (see link above).

    AOM Scholarship # 2.
This Program offers 1 (one) complimentary registration for the Annual Meeting, without an AOM Membership requirement. It is intended for individuals who otherwise would not attend the Annual Meeting, such as Guest Speakers, Panelists and Distinguished Guests. Membership benefits are not included.

SIM is offering a limited number of Meeting registration fee waivers this year, on a first-in first-served basis, provided an acceptable case is made regarding the need for a waiver. Waivers may not be used for AOM members, or as an award for AOM members, or for officers of any Division or Interest Group.
A waiver entitles the recipient 1 (one) complimentary registration for the Annual Meeting. AOM membership is not required, and AOM membership benefits are not included.
Please note – the waiver does not include registration for the Teaching and Learning Conference (TLC@AOM) or for a guest (which, if desired, would require an additional purchase at time of registration).
If you are participating in the SIM Program 2024 and wish to apply for a waiver, please email Cristina Neesham (SIM Division Chair) at cnsimaom@gmail.com, with an explanation of your case (please include as much information as possible). If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from the SIM approver, which you will need to use in order to complete the waiver request form on the central AOM system:
To register with a waiver, a recipient must submit a request through the waiver JotForm:  "DIG Waiver Recipient Request Form" (https://form.jotform.com/AOMForms/DIG-Waiver-Recipient-Request) by 1 July 2024 17:00 ET (UTC-4/GMT-4).

Waivers submissions will not be accepted via email and cannot be entered into the AOM's online registration system. Once a recipient submits their JotForm request and their information is verified, they will receive an email from AOM within 3-5 business days confirming AOM has registered them on their behalf.

If an individual has previously registered at their own expense and wishes to request a refund, they must email registration@aom.org. AOM will contact the registrant with confirmation of their refund (processed within 6-8 weeks of receipt) and substitution of waived payment.

Before deciding to apply and submitting your request form, please read carefully the AOM Waiver Program and Registration Cancellation Policies, which are available at the bottom of the online JotForm (see link above).
