    The 10th Annual Behavioral Ethics Pecha Kucha Springboard and Networking PDW will take place during the Academy of Management Meeting in Philadelphia, PA, on Saturday August 1, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm in the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, Level 5 Salon C. This year's theme is "Kicking it Up a Notch with Group-Level Behavioral Ethics."

    The PDW consists of three parts. The first part is open to all AOM attendees and features eight Pecha Kucha (timed 5-minute) presentations by experts in the behavioral ethics field, followed by a plenary discussion. The presenters and their topics are:

    -      Giselle Elaine Antoine (Washington University in St. Louis) on "Shame climates"

    -      Sean Hannah (Wake Forest University) on "Moral emotions and moral conation in teams"

    -      Brad Kirkman (North Carolina State University) on "The moral architecture of teams"

    -      Sean Martin (University of Virginia) on "Social class/upward mobility and teams"

    -      Dave Mayer (University of Michigan) on "Studying ethics in groups and climate effects"

    -      Manuela Priesemuth (Villanova University) on "Toxic and abusive supervision climates"

    -      John Schaubroeck (University of Missouri) on "Environmental factors and shared unethical behavior"

    -      Trevor Spoelma (University of Iowa) on "Unethical behavior as a team-level phenomenon"

    The second part of the PDW runs from 2:30 to 4:00 PM and consists of a 90-minute research development workshop for doctoral students and if space permits early-stage assistant professors. This part of the session is by pre-registration only and capped at 30. Attendees will be asked to bring their research models to discuss with experts at round tables. The experts are Taya Cohen (Carnegie Mellon University), Tim Kundro (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), Dave Mayer (University of Michigan), Marie Mitchell (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), Elizabeth Morrison (New York University), Scott Reynolds (University of Washington), Ann Tenbrunsel (Notre Dame University), Linda Treviño (Pennsylvania State University), Elizabeth Umphress (University of Washington), and Dave Welsh (Arizona State University).

    The third part of the PDW is a networking reception for the attendees of the research development workshop plus the following experts: Jon Bundy (Arizona State University), Ryan Fehr (University of Washington), Maryam Kouchaki(Northwestern University), Mike Pfarrer (University of Georgia), and Kristin Smith-Crowe (Boston University). Pecha Kucha presenters and roundtable experts, if available, are also invited to attend.
