Dear colleagues,
Created in 2013 the
NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights
is the first human rights center at a business school.
At this year's
AOM in Seattle
, the Center is organizing an in-person PDW entitled "A Human Rights Approach to Management Education: Research with and for Corporate Practitioners" (#17467).
The session will take place on
Saturday, Aug. 6 from 12.00PM to 2:00PM
(Seattle time).
I warmly invite you to join my colleagues Prof. Michael Posner, Dr. Dorothee Baumann-Pauly and Dr. Natasja Sheriff for this session. They will draw on their work in different industry sectors to illustrate how a human rights perspective can be integrated in business school research and teaching. Teaching materials relating to business and human rights will be available to all participants.
Best
