We are delighted to share the Call for Papers for our subtheme at the next online EGOS (European Group of Organization Studies) Colloquium 2026, Sub-theme 59: The Interplay between Technology & Human Rights in Business. This sub-theme underscores the importance of examining the use of technology and its implications for human rights, since technology introduces new risks that require managers to remain vigilant about potential harms within their operations.
We welcome theoretical and empirical submissions that push this important conversation forward and offer fresh perspectives about the intersection between human rights and technology.
