TRACK ORGANIZERS (alphabetical order):
Stewart Clegg, University of Technology Sydney
Sven Horak, St. John's University New York

Jong Gyu Park, City University of New York, College of Staten Island

ABOUT THE TRACK
Global leaders increasingly deal with ethical ambiguities requiring them to balance potential options across diverse contexts. To compete in ambiguous environments dynamic leadership capabilities are needed in politics and in MNEs today. We invite inquiry, both empirical and theoretical, into what these dynamic leadership capabilities might be, how they work, investigating the 'virtues' of global leadership as well as its 'paradoxes'.
The track is open to submissions from any management-relevant domain considering global leadership, its virtues and paradoxes, as a central theme of analysis.
