Dear colleagues,
Just a reminder for our next Fordham Ethics in Business seminar, which promises to spark important conversations about the nature of the firm and its role in democratic society.
We are delighted to host a symposium on
David Silver
's new book
Corporations and Persons: A Theory of the Firm in Democratic Society
(Oxford University Press, 2025).
David will be in dialogue with two distinguished scholars:
Joanne Ciulla (Rutgers University)
and
Nicholas Tampio (Fordham University)
.
The event will be next Monday, November 10, at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Joseph McShane Campus Center, Multipurpose Room 311 (Rose Hill Campus).
Zoom is available for virtual attendees (please kindly
RSVP here
)
Whether you join us in person or virtually, we look forward to a stimulating discussion.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Miguel
