    Join us in this interesting conversation with our top scholars' panelists: Prof. Andrew Hoffman (Ross School of Business – University of Michigan), Prof. Hector Rocha (IAE Business School), Prof. Paul Adler (Marshall School of Business – University of Southern California), Prof. Thomas Donaldson (The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania) and Prof. Jim Walsh (Ross School of Business – University of Michigan). 

    Before joining to our PDW (22574) and for engaging the discussion between participants and panelists, we recommend all participants to view in advance the followings 5 pre-recorded videos from our panelists which answers the following questions:

     1.            How do you define management and the common good?

    2.            Based on your experience, what is the relationship between management and the common good?

    3.            Can you provide some examples from research, teaching, and practice that relate management and the common good?

     On Saturday 26th of July at 8:30am, the dynamics of our PDW would be as follows:

                 

             i.            Panelists - Presentation of 10 minutes based on the pre-recorded video. The final slide would be on the challenge you would like to discuss with the participants, which would be included in the pre-recorded video

           ii.            Roundtables to discuss the challenges proposed by the speakers. The speakers will rotate around the tables to engage in discussions

         iii.            A representative of each table presents the conclusions of the table in 5 minutes

         iv.            Wrap up and final thoughts from the speakers
