    Dear Members of the SIM Community,
    We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Panel Symposium #1511 "Strategies and Frameworks for Incorporating Community Perspectives in Health Equity" to be held on Monday August 7, from 5:15-6:45 pm in the Sheraton Boston Hotel Republic B - 2nd floor.

    This highly interactive Panel Symposium includes distinguished experts in the fields of health equity from business, academia, research, practice, and communications. We will:
    • discuss cutting-edge health equity global data from communities around the world to explore implications for theory and methods in community research
    • elevate the critical importance of the community's role to inform business strategies and practices as they affect the workplace, workers, and the local community
    • showcase practical examples of 'what's working' in health equity for business, management, organizations, and business schools
    • Uncover policy implications for catalyzing, inspiring and effecting changes in health equity at the micro and macro level.
