    Dear SIM colleagues
I hope you are taking time for a restorative break to recharge for another year of impactful work. Our collective efforts to enable and empower businesses and managers to address the world's daunting challenges are more critical than ever. I wish us all strength, tenacity, and resilience to meet these demands - and, above all, a commitment to strengthening the foundations and expanding the reach of our academic community.
In that spirit, I invite you to consider serving as a reviewer for the SIM Division, where I am serving as this year's Program Chair. Reviewing one another's work is a thread that connects and sustains us as a community. It is both a way to give back and an opportunity to give forward. Whether you are a retired professor, an entering PhD student, or anywhere in between, your thoughtful reviews can make a tangible difference to the vibrancy and impact of our field.
If you are willing and able, I kindly request that you sign up as soon as possible. The link is here. While the official deadline is January 7, early sign-ups greatly ease the organizational process for us. And no, you do not need to be an AOM member to review!
Thank you for all that you do to support our shared mission. I look forward to connecting with you in the months ahead and celebrating the strength of our community.
    Warm regards !
    Rajat
