    SIM Colleagues,

Don't miss "Creating Inclusive High-Performing Companies by Sharing Ownership & Profits: Teaching Strategies" (12634) on August 5th at 1pm Pacific.

In this PDW we'll explore creative ways to teach about employee ownership and profit sharing in a wide variety of business school and management courses, with a focus on how "sharing ownership and profits with employees" can strengthen economic inclusion and company performance.

Hear from teaching faculty about how they approach teaching these topics--and what company case studies, videos, guest speakers and discussion topics most engage students. You'll take away new ideas and inspiration for your own courses, from the break-out groups. Learn about teaching materials available at cleo.rutgers.edu, the online library about employee ownership.

This PDW will be held in person for those attending in Seattle, in the Seattle Convention Center in Ballroom 6E. The hybrid format will make it accessible to virtual conference attendees as well.

Moderator: Adria Scharf, Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR)

Participants: Trevor Young-Hyman U. of Pittsburgh; Saehee (Sam) Kang, Florida State U.; Ed Carberry, U. of Massachusetts, Boston; Jegoo Lee, U. of Rhode Island; Dr. Darrell Bratton, Fayetteville State U.; Jennifer Briggs, Modern Times; Kim Blaugher, The Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management

    Hope to see you there.
