Registration is now open for the OMT Mid-Career PDW on "Navigating the Mid-Career Stage: Career Advancement and Impact in the OMT Field," during the 2025 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. The PDW is provisionally scheduled for Friday July 31, 2026 between 1:00 – 3:00PM ET in the LeBow College of Business, Drexel University.
This workshop is designed for OMT scholars navigating post-tenure opportunities and challenges, from leadership and mentorship to evolving research agendas and long-term impact.
The session will include a panel with distinguished OMT scholars, interactive roundtables and networking and peer exchange opportunities.

Given that space is limited, we will review all applications and notify attendees of their approved registration by July 3, 2026. Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis from among OMT members who qualify (i.e., are post-tenure). You may also be placed on a waitlist in case space becomes available at a later point in time.
