The SIM and IABS leadership teams are calling nominations for the 2025 Ann K. Buchholtz Mentorship Award! The nomination process is simple: Each nominator is asked to submit a testimonial about the person that he or she is nominating, consisting of no more than 500 words, via email to Michelle Westermann-Behaylo at m.westermann@uva.nl by May 1st, 2025. Please put in the subject headline “Ann Buchholtz Award Nomination.” The content of the testimonial is up to the nominator, but should include detailed information about the extent of the nominee’s mentoring activities. Anyone is free to nominate: former students, fellow faculty members, participants in doctoral consortia, or other members of one or both organizations. A group of individuals may collectively nominate a candidate by submitting one joint testimonial of no more than 500 words.
