Dear colleagues,
Dr. Kim Ceulemans at TBS Education and myself are seeking U.S.-based, highly motivated PhD students to be involved in a two-year U.S.-French research collaboration focused on the role of culture in teaching sustainability in business education.
In this transatlantic research project, by utilizing in-depth interviews and ethnographic methods, we will investigate how cultural considerations affect how sustainability is taught to business students situated in different continents, countries and contexts. The intended outcomes of this project include making theoretical advancements in the areas of cross-cultural management and sustainability as well as developing practical materials for sustainability professionals to utilize in the field.
Eligibility:
- PhD student enrolled at a U.S.-based institution (U.S. citizenship is not required)
- Strong interest in sustainability in management education
- Availability to be involved in two-year research project (2023-2025)
We would encourage interested PhD students to contact us prior to January 15, 2023.
Kind regards,
