Dear SIM Colleagues
Thank you for submitting your valuable work to the division for potential inclusion in the 2025 AOM annual meeting. We have sent all eligible submissions for review, and now the ball is in your court! Please complete your assigned reviews by February 13. Once all reviews have been received, they will be assigned to our team of Associate Editors, who will assist in finalizing acceptances.
As many of you may have up to three reviews assigned by the SIM division, we encourage you to start early to avoid last-minute rushes. For those new to reviewing, please refer to AOM's review guidelines
here and additional tips from the SIM division
here.
To access your review assignments, please log in to the Reviewer Center at
https://reviewer.aom.org/ Note that AOM's emails with reviewer assignments might be blocked by your university's spam filter. Therefore, we recommend checking the Reviewer Center even if you haven't received an email notification.
We appreciate those of you who have already begun or completed your reviews. Of the 2097 review assignments, 86 (~4%) have been completed, 550 (~26%) have been downloaded, and 1461 (~70%) have yet to be opened.
Given the high volume of submissions this year, it is crucial that those seeking reviews also provide it to others. We understand there may be extenuating circumstances, and we are prepared to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to receiving your completed reviews.
