    Dear SIMians & friends,

The SIM Governance Committee warmly invites you to our upcoming online workshops on "Academy of Management Annual Meeting: Tips for submitting successful papers, symposia, and professional development workshops".

This is a great opportunity to join recent SIM Program Chairs (Cristina Neesham, Michelle Westermann-Behaylo, and Erica Steckler), current SIM Program Chair (Rajat Panwar), and current SIM PDW Chair (Punit Arora) and obtain valuable insights. The workshops will enable you to learn more about the division's scope, understand the requirements and expectations for submissions (as well as tips), get insights from experienced Program leaders (who have also served as reviewers and Associate Editors for the division), and meet other SIMians.

The workshop will be held on two dates as our division spans the globe.

    1. October 29th (Tuesday) with Cristina Neesham, Erica Steckler, Rajat Panwar, and Punit Arora: At 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET / 3 p.m. GMT / 8:30 p.m. IST. Please register in advance via: https://bit.ly/simtips1

    2. November 4th with Cristina Neesham and Michelle Westermann-Behaylo: At 9 a.m. GMT / 10 a.m. CET / 2:30 p.m. IST / 8 p.m AEDT. Please register in advance via: https://bit.ly/simtips2

We have organised these as hour-long sessions that will provide you with insights into AoM submission types and sharing best practices for crafting high quality submissions. Whether you are a seasoned researcher or an early career researcher and whether you plan on submitting a research manuscript, a symposium, or a PDW (or all three!), this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the division and learn more about submitting high-calibre work.

This online event is open to all SIMians & we warmly invite friends from other divisions. We hope to see many of you online!

    Cheers,

    SIM Governance Committee
