Dear SIM community,
You might be busy with your preparations for the Academy of Management (AOM) 2025 Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, which will be happening in just over 6 weeks! But whether you are a first-time attendee or a seasoned AOM veteran, the SIM Governance Team would like to help you make the most of your conference experience. Therefore, we have organised a valuable online meeting designed to help you navigate AOM 2025.
We will be covering the following:-
- Structure of the Annual Meeting and tips on efficiently planning your schedule.
- SIM Division's highlights - the key sessions and networking opportunities
- Tips for presenters - Proven advice and tips for delivering impactful research presentations and engaging poster sessions.
- Getting the most of PDWs- these can enhance your skills or network - and sometimes both!
To accommodate our global membership, the meeting will be held twice on the same date in June.
We highly encourage all members to attend, especially those who are new to AOM or presenting for the first time. This meeting is a valuable opportunity to know more about the Annual Meeting, connect with fellow SIM members, and ensure a truly rewarding experience in Copenhagen.
