The Society for Business Ethics & its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is delighted to announce the continuation of two exciting initiatives that promote access to the Society for Business Ethics 2025 Conference in Copenhagen.
SBE is providing two tiers of assistance:
Registration & Membership Fee Waiver:
This program is targeted to any scholar for whom attending the annual conference would present a substantial financial hardship. It includes a waiver of the registration fee and one year of SBE membership. The application is quick and easy-simply sign a statement of need and provide your contact information. 25 waivers are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Only individuals who intend to meaningfully participate for the entirety of the conference should apply. Having a paper accepted is not a precondition for receiving a waiver. Apply here:

Travel Grant Program:
This program provides financial support to individuals from under-represented geographies. Three applicants will receive one year of SBE membership, a conference registration fee waiver, and a $1000 stipend to defray costs for travel and accommodation at the conference. Applicants must provide a statement of interest, some basic financial information, biographical background, and their submission for the conference. The DEI Committee will evaluate applications on the basis of need and promise. Apply here before Friday, March 7:

PLEASE NOTE: This program is entirely separate from the SBE conference submission and acceptance process.
