The conference "The Is and Ought of Business Ethics - Empirical Evidence and Normative Arguments brought into Dialogue" aims to be a dialogue platform between empirically and normatively working business ethicists from different disciplines. We invite papers from the empirical and the normative sides of the debate, from any related discipline (economics, management, psychology, philosophy, etc.), and methodological background (behavioral experiments, survey data, positive and normative theory, etc.).
