When and how does theory become practical? Many of us grapple with the most fundamental issue of when and how we apply the theories we generate. In this webinar, we will discuss how management scholars can build a better bridge between theory and practice. We will explore some of the best practices of making theory matter by amplifying the impact of research findings in a variety of practitioner-oriented journals.
