We are pleased to invite our mid-career and senior colleagues to join us for this virtual PDW.

On this occasion, we have two main objectives:
– To discuss the challenges and possible solutions associated with conducting research as we advance in our careers.
– To build a network for future events, discussions, and collaborative research projects.

We know that researching SIM topics does not become easier over time. The challenges evolve, and our aim is to provide a platform that supports the seasoned members of our community.
