Social Issues in Management SIM

Hello everyone!

I'm a PhD candidate in Administration at FGV EBAPE (Brazil). My home discipline is accounting, and my research focuses on accounting, corporate governance, and sustainability, with particular interests in corporate and managerial misconduct, ESG disclosure credibility and decoupling, internal controls, audit quality, and financial reporting.

Although my primary field is accounting, my research overlaps closely with management, particularly in corporate governance, business ethics, and sustainability. One of my papers was designated a 2026 AOM Best Paper and selected as one of three finalists for the 2026 AOM SIM Outstanding Business Ethics Paper Award.

I'll be attending the AOM Annual Meeting and would love to connect with fellow PhD students and researchers who share similar research interests.
