Here's a distraction from all Academy of Management notices. I would like you to consider saving the date for the fourth biennial workshop for directors of sustainability research centres, June 25-27, 2018, at Cornell University's new Cornell Tech campus in New York City. The workshop is hosted by the Ivey Business School's Network for Business Sustainability (NBS), in partnership with the Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
This workshop provides a rare and important opportunity for leaders of business school sustainability/ responsibility centres to share common challenges and identify solutions. Our last three workshops have generated very positive outcomes.
In this workshop, participants will explore cutting-edge sustainability issues with a special emphasis on bridging research and practice. Participants will meet like-minded others, exchange best practices, and build concrete skills through hands-on training, small group work, and plenary discussions with leaders in sustainability research and practice.
We will provide additional details on agenda and logistics in the months to come. For now, please save the date and feel free to contact Maya Fischhoff if you have questions or would like to volunteer to help.
