Dear Colleagues,

We are looking for couples who both have careers

Our survey would like both you and your partner's/husband's/wife's input.  So please complete the survey, and then forward the survey link that will be provided to your partner/spouse so he/she can complete it too.

We are investigating the reasons couples stay with or leave their employers. This research is being carried out by Paul Spector (University of South Florida) and myself. If you would like to participate please click on the link below:

We are investigating how couples' careers influence their decisions about where they work and live. Each partner's situation differs and may result in conflict. We want to find out how each partner's feelings about family, friends and work influence whether they stay or leave their workplace.
