The most widely-used moral development measure is the DIT (Defining Issues Test). There is a fee to use it and it's rather lengthy. It predicts moral judgment but it is questionable as to whether it predicts moral behavior. You may find my 2014 article in JPSP helpful - I evaluated more than two dozen individual difference measures to determine which ones were indicative of moral character and predict moral behavior. Here's the reference:
Cohen, T. R., Panter, A. T., Turan, N., Morse, L., & Kim, Y. (2014). Moral Character in the Workplace. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 107(5), 943-963.

With MBA students, I personally like administering the HEXACO-60 inventory, which captures Honesty-Humility (a key dimension of moral character), as well as the other Big Five traits (see
www.HEXACO.org to download the assessment).

Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend an assessment of moral development/decision-making that I can use with MBAs? I appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
