***Apologies for Cross-Posting.***
Have you ever considered how an individual’s spirituality or religion
might impact their workplace behavior? Wanted to publish a paper about
managing from a spiritual perspective or in a religious organization but
weren’t sure where to begin? Then join us for this year’s Management,
Spirituality, and Religion (MSR) Research Incubator will be held at the
Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Lake Buena Vista, Florida
on Saturday afternoon, August 10th.
The idea behind this year’s session is to focus on the various ways and
different levels at which MSR research is conducted: at the graduate
school level, at the scholarly level, and at the interdisciplinary level.
We believe this will be a unique way to pair a range of participants with
experts in their field that might not otherwise have an opportunity to
meet.
This no cost professional development workshop provides a forum for those
interested in MSR research to share ideas, solicit feedback from experts,
and develop research project ideas that have the potential for publication
in leading management journals. We will begin with a brief discussion of
each of the three panelist’s topic of interest and then break into small
groups for more in-depth conversations. For additional information
regarding each panelists’ research interests, please visit our Facebook
page at
www.Facebook.com/MSRResearchIncubator.
Pre-registration is encouraged. To register, please visit
https://secure.aomonline.org/pdwreg/logon.asp. We encourage you to send
specific questions you would like answered to our Facebook page.
We look forward to seeing everyone in Florida!
