The SCHOOLS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION at DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in Management specializing in Organization Behavior, with secondary interests in Business Ethics, Sustainability, Communications or other Management areas beginning fall, 2010.  Applicants should have an earned (or anticipated by August 2010) Ph.D. in Business Administration (Organizational Behavior, Management, or a closely related area), or equivalent, with a record of established or emerging excellence in teaching and scholarship.

Responsibilities include a teaching load of six classes per year at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Course coverage is needed in the areas of Organization Behavior, Introduction to Management, Business Ethics, Sustainability, Communications and specialized areas of Management. 

Scholarship should target peer-reviewed publications in the Management or related fields.  Preference will be given to established scholarly performance.

The division and the business school provide collegial and financial support for high-quality research and teaching. The Division offers B.S.B.A., MBA, MBA Sustainability and Masters of Leadership in Business Ethics programs of study and maintains strong ties with the business community.
