FACULTY POSITION IN MANAGEMENT

The Department of Management in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia seeks qualified applicants for a tenure-track position of Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management starting August 2016.

The successful applicant will have completed a Ph.D. in Management or any closely related field at the time of appointment, and will have demonstrated potential to publish in top journals, exhibit excellence in the classroom, and the desire to work in a collegial, interdisciplinary department.

The Department of Management at the University of Georgia is among the most productive in the nation, ranking in the top 20 over the past 5 years in publications in the top-tier Management journals.  Our roster includes former editors of AMJ, ORM, and JoM, and current associate editors of AMJ and AMR.  The O.B. group includes Jason Colquitt, Daniel Feldman, Laura Little, Marie Mitchell, Jessica Rodell, and Robert Vandenberg, while the strategy group includes Danny Gamache, Scott Graffin, Mike Pfarrer, and Tim Quigley.
