IABS 2019 is right around the corner and if you haven't booked your room at the KIMPTON HOTEL PALOMAR you are running out of time to get our group rate! The hotel has extended our block of rooms until MONDAY FEBRUARY 25. After that our rooms are released and the group rate is no longer available . Anyone booking in our block has their amenities fee waived ($20/day), free wifi ($15/day) along with morning complimentary coffee + tea (priceless!), and an evening happy hour. At the moment it may seem that there are a lot of hotel options in San Diego, but March is high season so rooms will fill and prices will continue to climb to well beyond our rate. Additionally, any rooms we don't fill will be a hit to the conference budget so pretty please, make your reservation ASAP!
Please note that if you see an announcement on the page that says, "The Group Code You Provided Does Not Exist at this Hotel." Ignore it and enter the days you plan to stay. Some of the very early/late arrival days are already booked and this message may automatically appear. If you need days that are no longer available please let me know and I will put you in contact with the hotel.
