Hi Folks,
Last Thursday's New York Times story left out the most important thing. Unilever didn't save the social mission of Ben & Jerry's. In fact, they disregarded it and cheapened the product for eight years. They didn't come around until the Vermonters forced a confrontation and threatened legal action. It's a dramatic story:
