    It's not too late to join (or renew your membership in) IABS for 2009!

    IABS -- the International Association for Business & Society

    • Our annual conference will be in Aspen/Snowmass, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:state w:st="on">Colorado</st1:state></st1:place>, June 18-21, 2009. IABS conferences attract scholars from more than a dozen countries, and have been held in such diverse places as <st1:city w:st="on">Florence</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on">Rotterdam</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on">Santa Fe</st1:city>, Kona, and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Tampere</st1:city>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Finland</st1:country-region></st1:place>.     • Our 300-plus members hail from more than 100 universities in over 20 countries.
    • Our research domain includes corporate social responsibility and performance, business ethics, environmental ethics and management, stakeholder theory and management, corporate governance, business and government relations, international and cross-cultural issues, and many other areas at the nexus of management and social and political dynamics.
    • Our quarterly journal Business & Society is the only peer-reviewed scholarly journal devoted entirely to research, discussion, and analysis on the relationship between business and society. Members will receive individual subscriptions for all four 2009 issues (issue 1 will arrive with issue 2 for those who enroll after January 1)
    • The IABS-L listserv allows members to exchange ideas concerning research, current events, business and society curriculum issues, and information sources around the globe.
