    Hi Jeff,

    You might want to use an experiential learning exercise. They work particularly well for MBA and executive audiences.
     
    For example, my colleagues and I developed a process specifically for ethics education and training. We draw upon insight from organizational change management practice. It's called Balanced Experiential Inquiry and can be tailored for specific audiences and applications (see Training & Management Development Methods).
