Is the Code always applied in practice?? If not what practical steps can we take to close that gap?
Notwithstanding all the normal criticisms of codes of conduct, the last of these questions is the focus of our interactive, interdisciplinary, international workshop. Please join us for an engaged workshop when we will share experiences and perspectives and try to identify a range of useful approaches to move from de jure codes to de facto practice in the Academy of Management.
