Good morning.
I was hoping someone could help me out with suggestions. I am looking for a short "Spirituality at Work" scale. Ideally, it would be a 3 or 4 item scale of "general" spirituality measure. It doesn't matter (to me) whether the items are one construct of a larger multi-construct scale or a short, stand-alone scale..
I want to use this construct as part of a larger study where I am measuring several <st1:place w:st="on">OB</st1:place> behaviors and attitudes amongst individual employees
