    HI. All,
I am trying to examine the impact of ethical team climate and personal
trait on individual ethical performance. Any suggestions regarding
existing reliable measures of ethical team climate and personal trait
tha dispose a person to be ethical in a team? Thanks a lot!

    Hi Dong,

The Ethical Climate Questionnaire (ECQ) is a common measure. Key cites
    for it are:
    Victor, B., & Cullen, J. B. 1987. A theory and measure of ethical
climate in organizations. In W. C. Frederick (Ed.), Research in
corporate social performance and policy (pp. 51 - 71). Greenwich, CT:
    JAI Press.

    Victor, B., & Cullen, J. B. 1988. The organizational bases of ethical
    work climates. Administrative Science Quarterly, 33, 1: 101 - 125.

The Ethical Climate Index (ECI) encompasses Rest's four-component model
    of ethical decision-making:
Arnaud, A. 2006. Conceptualizing and measuring ethical work climate:
Development and validation of the ethical climate index (ECI). Academy
    of Management Proceedings: E1-E6.

Three types of Justice Climate (Procedural, Informational, and
Interpersonal) are discussed in this article:
Liao, H., & Rupp, D. E. 2005. The impact of justice climate and justice
orientation on work outcomes: A cross-level multifoci framework. Journal
    of Applied Psychology, 90(2): 242-256.

Finally, I am developing a measure of the climate for moral openness in
work groups for my dissertation. If you're interested, I can send you a
    working paper.

    I hope that's helpful! - Jason
