    Dear Colleagues,

    Apologies for cross posting. The Management department at <st1:place><st1:placename>California</st1:placename> <st1:placetype>State</st1:placetype> <st1:placetype>University</st1:placetype></st1:place>, <st1:place><st1:placename>East</st1:placename> <st1:placetype>Bay</st1:placetype></st1:place> currently has a faculty opening in Human Resources Management.  The position is open rank, with candidates having earned doctorate in strategic management or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution by start of employment (Fall, 2008) and solid experience in strategic management invited to apply. An ability to teach international business, business and society would be desirable, but not necessary. Primary teaching responsibilities will be for graduate and undergraduate courses in strategic management and business policy.  Depending on any additional qualifications, teaching courses in international business and/or business, government and society may also be required.   Interest in teaching graduate courses in one or more of the following areas is also required: competitive strategy, global strategic management, corporate strategy, management of technology and innovation, e-strategy and other strategy courses required in the MBA Option in Strategic Management.
