I may have an opportunity to administer Rest's Defining Issues Test to managers and executives, under the condition that I then provide feedback on the measure and on their individual performance.
If you have ever administered the DIT or any measure of moral reasoning to managers, I am particularly curious about what managers/executives found interesting about the construct and their scores on the test? How did you present their scores? What tough questions did they ask?
Any suggests you could provide would be greatly appreciated! I will summarize the responses and send them back out to the listserve.
