Hello everyone. Please pardon any cross-postings.
Our school is in the process of selecting an assessment tool to help us measure our students' ability to respond to ethical dilemmas in a socially responsible manner. We have discussed using the DIT/DIT-2 for moral reasoning purposes; however, we would prefer to assess to what degree our students are able to apply ethical decision making (versus assessing whether the students themselves are ethical).
Would anyone have knowledge of any alternative assessment tools, particularly those that actually requires students to apply ethical decision making? If I understand correctly, such an instrument exists; however, I cannot recall the name of it. Also, I have read about the Stewart-Sprinthall Management Survey and the Moral Paradigm Test; however, I have not seen these instruments personally.
Any insight would be appreciated greatly. Please respond to me directly/personally. For those who are interested in learning the responses, I will gladly share a compilation of the responses with you.
Thanks much.
Laquita
