Hi. I am now doing a research project on the CSR perception of top
management team members. However, I have not found good measures on
the CSR perception of managerial staff: that is, how the members of
top management teams perceive the social responsibility of their
organizations. For instance, one possible
item of a relevant measure may be that "I feel that my firm should
donate money regularly to philanthropic affairs"
Surely, relevant measures on individual CSR perception may also be of
help to my research. Thank you very much for your suggestions and
