    EABIS 6th Annual Colloquium

ESADE Business School, Barcelona, 20-21 September

Deadline for Contributions: 21 May 2007

    Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We write today with a brief reminder that less than a month remains until the Deadline for Contributions to the EABIS 6th Annual Colloquium, hosted this year by ESADE Business School in Barcelona. Papers & presentations that address issues of global governance and the role of business in society must be submitted before MONDAY, 21 MAY. This date applies to business and academic representatives, plus all other stakeholders who wish to contribute their work.

The Colloquium offers a unique platform of academic rigour and business relevance on which to showcase your latest research and initiatives. Given its increasing international profile and the demand to present to its audience of over 300 corporate executives, thought leaders and other senior stakeholders, we encourage you not to wait too long to submit your material.

    About The Theme

Through this year's Call for Contributions, we intend to examine the impact of governance issues on business in society at the following three levels:

    • The Global, Supranational, International & Industry Sector Level
    • The National, Sub-National, Local/Regional and City Level
    • Company and Individual Manager/Executive Level

We particularly value comparative research and collaborative work between researchers and practitioners. If you have any questions about content and relevance to the Colloquium theme, please contact Prof. Daniel Arenas, Conference Chair, directly via e-mail (daniel.arenas@esade.edu).
