This event signals the conclusion of a prominent two-year project co-funded by the EABIS Founding Corporate Partner Knowledge Development & Learning Programme. Debate and discussion will focus on the findings and outputs of the project, which identify how companies can increase value and reduce risk through better strategic stakeholder management

    The focus of the day

More benefits, less risks through purposefully maintaining relationship with stakeholders.

The insights and outcomes of the research project will demonstrate the economic benefits of cooperating with all stakeholders, which in turn will be highlighted through examples of good practices. The project involved six multinational companies across the financial services and telecommunications sectors, namely:

    • Suva, Swiss Re and ZKB in the Financial Services Industry, and
    • Orange, Sunrise and Swisscom in the Telecommunication Services Industry

Carefully chosen representatives of business and academia will speak on the subject and its practical relevance to different stakeholder groups.
