There will be three Writers' Workshops at the 14th annual International Conference on Advances in Management at Niagara Falls on July 18-21 to help faculty and doctoral students write papers for publication in scholarly journals and in the ICAM annual series-Current Topics in Management (Vol. 13, 2008).
Workshop 1: Formulation of hypotheses and creative ways to improve measures of variables that are free from common method variance and social desirability responding.
Workshop 2: Data analysis with SPSS (Exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlations, Cronbach alpha, & Regression analysis)
Workshop 3: Data analysis with SPSS and LISREL (Hierarchical regression analysis, CFA, and SEM)
If you want to attend these workshops, you will be required to pre-register for them and bring your laptop with SPSS, LISREL, and the data file and questionnaires that you receive from us. We will use PowerPoint presentations to show step-by-step analysis of our data and results. We will also show you how to report results in your paper that you want to submit to a scholarly journal for review.
