Dear colleagues,

If you are the director of a university-based business sustainability research centre, I hope you will attend the second bi-annual Centres Workshop on June 25-27, 2014. The workshop is hosted by the Network for Business Sustainability and Harvard Business School's Business and Environment Initiative. There is no cost to register, but participation is limited. Details below my signature.

The Network for Business Sustainability (NBS), in partnership with the Business and Environment Initiative at Harvard Business School (HBS), will host the second bi-annual workshop for directors of business sustainability centres.  The workshop will take place June 25-27 at HBS, in Boston, U.S.  

OBJECTIVES

• Meet and build relationships with business sustainability centre directors from around the world.  
• Share advice for addressing common challenges in teaching, research, outreach and administration.  
• Scope opportunities for deep, ongoing collaboration. 

LOGISTICS

• Timing: Wednesday, June 25, 4 pm EST to Friday, June 27, 4 pm EST (we request participants attempt to stay for the duration of the workshop).
• Accommodation: Participants will stay at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge and will book and pay for their own accommodation.  A block of rooms is being held for the "Network for Business Sustainability."  Please call and request a room from this block or book accommodation using this customized link.
• Workshop location: Workshop activities will be held at Harvard Business School.
• Cost: There is no participation fee. Conference venues and on-site food costs will be covered by NBS and HBS.  Participants are responsible for covering their own accommodation and travel to and from Boston. 

REGISTRATION

• Register and suggest agenda topics. Once you've registered, we will email you to confirm that your seat is secured.  Enrolment is limited to maintain an intimate learning and sharing environment.  If the workshop is oversubscribed, geographically diverse participants will be prioritized. • Invite others. Help build a collaborative, high-trust atmosphere at the workshop by inviting trusted colleagues.  Forward this email to colleagues at other sustainability centres and invite them to participate.
