Colleagues:
It is my pleasure to announce the first annual Conference on Teaching Ethics at the University Level, sponsored by the Wheatley Institution at Brigham Young University and the Society for Business Ethics.
You’ve probably heard a number of lectures on effective teaching of business ethics. Would you like to experience such excellent teaching firsthand? This first annual conference will be a master class in the teaching of business ethics. Come experience several of the best teaching professors in the field teach a favorite lecture or case, and walk away with the teaching materials to the lectures and cases you’ve just seen presented. Among the eight to ten professors teaching are Tom Donaldson of Wharton, Ed Freeman of Darden, and Laura Hartman of DePaul. The event will be held in Provo, Utah beginning the evening of May 6th and ending the afternoon of May 8th, 2010. Further details on the presenters, registration, etc. will be coming shortly.
We hope to see you at this event.
