Dear Fellow SIMians,

Do you know or even work at an interesting department for doing a research visit in August?

My name is Anica and I have almost completed my PhD in Germany  (paper-based thesis submitted, defence scheduled for early June).

To get some inspiration for my post-doc thesis, I would like to spend a total of three weeks after the AOM (August 7-28) at one or several US or Canadian universities.

 As August is in the middle of the summer vacations, I wondered if any of you could recommend a department or research center where at least some researchers will be there during this time period.

 I am as much interested in informal exchanges (such as team lunches) as more formal exchanges. While it would be great to find a place with experienced senior faculty, I am equally interested in exchange with junior faculty and PhD students.

 My research interests are:

• ·      Sustainability management/ CSR  and Innovation
• ·      Sustainability management/ CSR and Business Models
• ·      Sustainability management/ CSR and entrepreneurship
• ·      Sustainability management/ CSR in an SME context

As I am legally blind, my choices are somewhat limited to places with public transport or the possibility to walk everywhere.
