The International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) is pleased to announce its 7th annual symposium to be held at the Nottingham University Business School, Jubilee Campus, Nottingham on Tuesday 27th April, 2010.
The theme this year: Corporate Innovation and Sustainable Community Development
The symposium is intended to discuss corporate innovation as it relates to poverty alleviation in local communities in developing countries, and how corporations are engaging (or not engaging) local communities across the business value chain. The symposium will explore new research insights and ideas on business models, strategies and stakeholder engagement processes that a) respond to factors that contribute to poverty; and b) advance sustainable community development in developing countries.

Dr Mick Blowfield – Smith School of Enterprise & Environment, University of Oxford

Louise Herring – Trade & Enterprise Manager, Comic Relief
