Ivey PhD Sustainability Academy 2010:
Markets & Movements for Sustainability
The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario will convene the third annual PhD Sustainability Academy in London, Ontario November 4-9, 2010. Co-sponsored by ARCS, the event includes paper development workshops, seminars, guest speakers, fireside chats, and local trips. Details on the 2008 and 2009 PhD Sustainability Academies are available online<http://www.ivey.uwo.ca/centres/building/outreach/PhDAcademy/>.
This year's theme is Markets and Movements for Sustainability, which will explore: the intersection of social movements and market creation for more socially and environmentally responsible products and services; governance and leadership topics that bridge the social and organizational domains; and capabilities for leveraging positive social change.
Oana Branzei<http://www.ivey.uwo.ca/faculty/Oana_Branzei.htm> is the Ivey faculty host and organizer.

All submissions will be evaluated through a double-blind review process. The selection committee includes ARCS members and the PhD Sustainability Academy Faculty. The Network for Business Sustainability<http://www.nbs.net/default.aspx> sponsors a Best Paper Award and a $500 cash prize.
