    Dear Paul

    You may look at the following review articles and handbooks. As you will see
    SIM is very diversified and it is difficult to include all the various
    perspectives and schools of thought into one article. But I think this list
    should be quite comprehensive and up-to-date.

    research in the SIM field. I wonder if folks on this list could point me to
    useful overview articles/chapters or to authoritative handbook-type volumes
