"Access," looking at the challenges and opportunities of ethical globalization and featuring William Margaritis, Corporate Vice President of Global Communications and Investor Relations at FedEx and Hildy Teegen, Dean and Professor of International Business at the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business, and moderated by Maureen Scully, Assistant Professor of Management at UMASS Boston's College of Management. "Low-Wage Workers in the Coming Economy," featuring <st1:personname w:st="on">Stacy Blake-Beard</st1:personname>, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Simmons School of Management and Ellen Ernst Kossek, University Distinguished Professor at Michigan State University's Graduate School of Labor & Industrial Relations, and with introductory remarks from Barbara Dyer and Mark Popovich, President and CEO and Senior Program Officer respectively at the Hitachi Foundation, a major funder of efforts to improve labor market outcomes for low-wage workers. The web conference will be moderated by Maureen Scully, Assistant Professor of Management at UMASS Boston's <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place>.
